Tsameret Samuel is the founder and Managing Director of ISG – the Private Institute for Sustainability and Impact Strategies, with a profile at the intersection of financing, investor communication and technology-driven implementation. A solid education (including an LLB and a Master's from HU Berlin) and several years of consulting practice in the DACH region form the basis for strategic ESG work that holds up both entrepreneurially and operationally. Multilingual and interculturally competent, with experience in global investor relations and value-creation networks.

Professionally, Tsameret has worked in project management and financing within real estate development and management environments in Berlin, including as Director of Investor Relations over the past two years. She has overseen the restructuring of investment models as well as the pre-marketing and fundraising processes of real estate funds and structures, and has for several years headed various real estate investment companies in Berlin. She became increasingly familiar with the field of regulated impact investing through her most recent role as Director of Investor Relations, where she contributed to the design of a real estate impact fund.

Today, together with the ISG team, she works to support companies in meeting their ESG requirements in a pragmatic and audit-proof way, while also unlocking the full potential of impact investment opportunities and suitable financing.

Hans Jürgen Dannheisig is at home in many professions – as a trained butcher just as much as an organisational programmer. After completing degrees in economics, he first pursued a career as a left-leaning banker at a trade-union bank, before later taking responsibility for the investment business of a long-established private bank.

His first steps in sustainable investment ended up on side tracks. It was only with the founding of his own consulting firms that sustainability moved into focus for him.

Hans-Jürgen takes "fair responsibility" (a play on the German words for fair and responsibility) by contributing today to the transformation of the financial economy and society – through a consultancy specialising in impact investing and as the publisher of finance media dedicated to this topic. He is also active in local politics, working on issues such as municipal heat planning and the establishment of public enterprises for the use of renewable energy.

Edmund Pelikan has a long career in the financial and education sectors, which took him from senior positions at Bayerische Vereinsbank and Hypobank to management roles at Bankhaus Patin and a subsidiary of VR Bank Landshut. Since 2001 he has been managing partner of what is today Stiftung Finanzbildung Consulting GmbH & Co. KG (formerly epk media) and of Stiftung Finanzbildung gUG, through which he is dedicated to strengthening basic economic education in Germany.

Alongside his entrepreneurial activities, he has for many years worked as a lecturer and speaker at vocational schools, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and Landshut University of Applied Sciences, and contributes his expertise as a member of various examination boards of IHK Passau and as an expert advisor to the Finance Committee of the German Bundestag. He has written numerous specialist books, teaching scripts and articles, and leads the ExpertenDialog of the "Sachwert-Weisen" and "Geldwert-Weisen", in which monetary and economic-policy questions are examined critically and accessibly.

For over two decades, the focus of his work has been the journalistic, analytical and didactic presentation of financial content. His guiding aim is to foster a deep, reflective understanding of economics and finance in the spirit of the social market economy, and to make complex relationships accessible to a wide range of audiences. He is regarded as a communicative bridge-builder, equally at ease in conversation with ministers, professors and teachers as with pupils, students, savers and investors.
